Muse Sunny Isles - Preconstruction Oceanfront Condo

The newest oceanfront condo project in Sunny Isles called Muse will be a narrow and tall - 47-stories condo unveiled for Sunny Isles Beach, the new American Riviera. The new high-rise will look like a sculpture by artist Helidon Xhixha, an Albanian-born artist whose light-reflecting steel sculpture have been offered at Art Miami and Art Basel’s Swiss fair.

The project is led by S2 Development of Aventura Group and Kevin Maloney, founder and CEO of New York-based Property Markets Group. The new Muse will be 649 foot high, which is the maximum height allowed by the city. Currently there are several other new construction project which are the same height - Porsche Tower and Mansions at Acqualina.

Although the site is a bit less than one acre with Jade Ocean and Ocean Four on either side, the new Muse will offer 68 units in a shoehorned design structure, with all units with direct ocean view on a 100 feet of oceanfront parcel.

Artistic elements envelop the building from the outside in. The building’s exterior appears to melt seamlessly into the waves of the Atlantic. With conceptual design by the world-renowned, Carlos Ott, and execution from Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, this dream team will bring life to a vision never before seen in this area. For the interiors, the inspired designs will come from Antrobus + Ramirez - the team behind legendary Miami outposts such as Prime 112 and Ocean House. Pieces from Italian artist Helidon Xhixha add to the elegance and sophistication of the common areas.
