Biscayne Point Miami finds itself tucked between two golf courses, possessed of a great deal of waterfront property and close to many necessities making it a popular choice for those seeking a home for sale in an area that offers both luxury and practicality. The location, appropriately enough, is on Biscayne Bay and among some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the area. This area is popular with families, couples and retired individuals in equal measure making it diverse and vibrant which has done much to make this, and the surrounding neighborhoods, attractive to those seeking high-end properties in the Miami area.
The geography of Biscayne Point real estate makes it ideal for those who enjoy getting out on the water. There are two juts of land that extend far out into the bay and which are surrounded by water on three sides. Of course, homes here and located along the beach between them will be among the most sought-after, particularly by those who are determined to have a property that offers them a view of the water.
